a little movement.
a few familiar faces.

A PERFECTLY REASONABLE THING TO DO.

Circular Reasoning.

There’s quite a lot you can do
with one little idea.

You can do little circles.
You can do big circles.

You can do circles
with your fingers.
You can do circles
with your hips.

Try a circle
size is a matter of opinion.

You can do circles
sitting or standing.

You can do them in a very good chair.
Or on a very round one.

The host seated in Circle Studio, looking down-left toward his raised fingertip, with a small blue drawn circle showing its movement.
A finger.
The host seated in Circle Studio, looking at the viewer while a coral drawn circle traces his relaxed wrist movement.
A wrist.
The host standing in Circle Studio, looking up-right as a blue drawn circle follows the path of his extended arm.
An arm.
The host standing in Circle Studio with hands on hips, looking down toward a coral drawn hip circle.
Your hips.

A perfectly good place to begin.

You can do circles
with your heart.

Or perhaps your soul.

Choose your heart, stomach, lungs, or soul.
Feel that part of you, then imagine making a circle with it.
Your body can stay still while you do it.

The seated host rests a hand over his chest; a coral drawn loop represents an imagined heart circle.
With your heart.
The seated host rests a hand over his stomach; a blue drawn loop represents an imagined circle with it.
With your stomach.

Your imagination gets a turn, too.

CIRCLES TRAVEL RATHER WELL.

You can do circles
almost anywhere.

In the kitchen. On the couch. In a submarine, perhaps.

They don’t take up much room.

LESS TO GET RIGHT.

Mindful-less.

Here at Do Circles, we practice something we call Mindful-less. It's like mindfulness, but less.

MINDFULLESS isn't necessarily less awareness. It's less obligation to manufacture awareness.

No obligation to relax.
No obligation to have a breakthrough.
No obligation to feel anything profound.
No obligation to perform mindfulness correctly.

You don’t have to make anything of it.

And if you don’t feel
like doing circles?

That’s fine.

There’s no particular way to be here.

A circle,
if you like.
